1. Free trial period
We offer a 7-day free trial. During this time no charge is made and you can cancel at no cost.
2. Recurring subscriptions
After the trial, the subscription renews automatically for the chosen period (monthly, semi-annual or annual) until you cancel.
3. Refund policy
If you request a refund within 14 days of a charge and have not made substantial use of the Service, we will review the refund. Already-consumed periods are non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Subscription) or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@posup.app with your account email and the reason. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service after notifying you and giving you time to resolve it.
